We offer complimentary door-to-door tracked delivery for every order made on www.klynstore.com. Order(s) will be shipped from our warehouse in Singapore within 5-7 working days after you receive the order confirmation email.
You will receive tracking information and SMS notification from the courier on the day of delivery. Your order should reach you within 1-4 working days upon parcel pickup by the courier.
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the courier will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of SGD$4.
All overseas parcels will be charged based on weight and country zones. Registered mail is compulsory for overseas parcels and automatically included in the total bill. International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location. Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. Kindly note that top-ups will be further advised in the event of remote delivery locations. In light of COVID-19, kindly expect unforeseen delays in the delivery.
For all Malaysia orders, standard tracked delivery starts from SGD$15. The total postage charges will be calculated upon confirmation and check-out. All Malaysia deliveries are fulfilled by Ninjavan. Your order should reach you in about 3-7 working days* for West Malaysia and 5-10 working days* for East Malaysia, excluding customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
