We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We would also really appreciate it if you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way below your expectation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@klynstore.com within 7 days of delivery. Do include your order number, name, and reason for the return in your email with the subject head: “Returns”. Our team will be in touch with you to help you further. Instructions on how to return the product will be provided. Do note that product(s) must be returned via tracked shipping, and the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded. For local orders, your returns must reach us within 14 days from the shipped date. For international orders, your returns must reach us within 30 days from the shipped date.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

2. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or via store credit. The refund will be for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping or handling fees. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. No-Cancellation Policy: At THE KLYN STORE, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to our customers. In order to achieve this, we have a no-cancellation policy for orders placed on our website. Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. This is due to the automated processing of orders and the fast turnaround time for shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Products mailed back to THE KLYN STORE without prior confirmation from us will strictly not be entertained. THE KLYN STORE reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. THE KLYN STORE reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as and when they deem fit.
